Gregg Loughman is vice president of The Governance Institute. Gregg’s previous role as senior director of national program development for National Research Corporation, included experience in partnering with health systems, medical groups, and national quality stakeholders to develop standards meant to improve the delivery of patient-centered care. Gregg has worked with healthcare providers across the continuum of care in the United States, Canada, and Western Europe on quality improvement projects ranging from patient experience to decisions support systems used in labor and delivery settings.
